As a member of the club, I will:

• Treat all members of the club (coaches, fellow swimmers, parents, volunteers) and my opponents with dignity and respect;
  
• Refrain from behaviour that is physically or verbally abusive;
  
• Demonstrate loyalty to our club and teammates by being vocally supportive and by competing in club clothing as required;
  
• Listen and look at coaches and officials when they are addressing me;
  
• Arrive at practice on time with a commitment to give my best effort at each session;
  
• Refrain from judging or criticizing others;
  
• Demonstrate respect for the pool complex and pool staff;
  
• Demonstrate proper care and use of pool equipment;
  
• Use appropriate lane etiquette as outlined by my coaches;
  
• Have fun.
