Parent Code of Conduct

As a parent of  a  swimmer  in  a  club  that  functions  in  an environment  which  fosters  individual excellence  while developing  a  strong,  cohesive sense  of  team,  I  will...

• Practice teamwork with other parents, swimmers, and coaches
• Refrain from coaching or instructing swimmers at practice or  meets and from interfering with the efforts of coaches
• Demonstrate good sportsmanship and refrain from public criticism of swimmers, coaches, officials or other parents
• Know and demonstrate my role within the context of “Coaches will coach,  Officials will officiate, Swimmers with swim, and Parents will parent and support."
• Support  my  child  and  his/her  coaches  and  teammates
• Commit  to  volunteering  for  activities  hosted  by  the  club, including but  not  limited  to  fundraising  a home meets
• Direct  all  concerns  regarding  decisions  made by coaches  or officials  to  the  Head  Coach
• Have  fun  and  demonstrate  enjoyment  for  my  involvement in the club
