Shuswap Total Fitness is offering the competitive swimmers an opportunity to take a spin class at their gym. It will only be Selkirks in the class. Numbers are limited to 20.
There are waivers that need to be signed by a guardian before the start of the class. Please wear typical gym attire, bring water and a great attitude!!
